Chief Curriculum Architect and Instructional designer

The Role: Content Architecture & Educational Technology Lead.
The Expertise: Specialist in digital instructional design, complex financial logic mapping and advanced spreadsheet modelling
The Focus: Responsible for designing the interactive simulation engines and building automation into the course as well as structuring the case study question banks. 

Lead Subject matter Expert (SME) & Practioner

The Role: Public Faculty Lead and Technical Reviewer
The Expertise: The SMEs possess well over 10 years experience in their relevant fields of expertise and bring practical experience to theoritical subects
The Focus: Responsible for designing the interactive simulation engines and building automation into the course as well as structuring the case study question banks.

Anyone with relevant subject expertise and practical experience can apply. Ideal instructors typically have: industry or professional credentials, hands‑on experience in the topic they teach, and the ability to explain concepts clearly. To join Whytopia you submit a short application (CV, sample lesson or lesson outline), complete a brief vetting and quality check, and agree to our course standards and content guidelines. Approved instructors receive onboarding, content‑design support, and revenue or stipend terms.

Whytopia delivers practical, career‑focused micro‑courses across finance and agripreneurship, including:

  • ACCA exam prep and exam‑aligned modules

  • IFRS and financial reporting practical upskilling

  • Core finance skills (budgeting, forecasting, management reporting)

  • Excel modelling and real‑world scenario practice

  • Agri‑entrepreneurship (business planning, farm finance, market readiness) Courses are offered as self‑paced micro‑courses, cohort programs, and occasional live workshops.

Every course combines multiple learning tools to make study applied and efficient:

  • Clear video lessons — short, example‑led videos.

  • Interactive study text — annotated notes and worked examples.

  • Interactive quizzes — auto‑graded with instant feedback.

  • Real‑world Excel scenarios — downloadable files and worked solutions.

Tutor support is available through email and course forums. Tutors typically:

  • Respond to email questions within 48 hours.

  • Provide clarifications on lesson content, feedback on practical assignments, and guidance on Excel scenarios.

  • Monitor discussion forums to answer peer questions and facilitate study groups. Support covers course material and assessments; it is not a substitute for bespoke consulting. If an issue needs deeper help, tutors will escalate or recommend a paid coaching session.
